Question 1

Is it really as soft as the reviews say, and will it stay soft over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The overwhelming feedback highlights its exceptional, "cloud-like" softness, which is a major reason for its high rating. The special ultrasoft fabric is designed for comfort. To maintain softness, we recommend spot cleaning and gentle fluffing. Some long-term users note that with frequent cuddling or improper washing, the fabric can experience slight pilling, so careful handling will help it stay plush.

Question 2

How big is it really? The photos make it look huge.

Accepted Answer

It's officially a 14-inch plush, which is the perfect hug-sized scale—think of it as roughly the size of a standard throw pillow. Many TikTok users show it next to common items for scale; it's great for lap cuddling or bed decor but isn't a giant floor pillow. If you're looking for something larger, you might explore the 20-inch Squishmallows options.

Question 3

I'm worried about getting one with a defect, like a crooked bow. What's your quality control like?

Accepted Answer

We work closely with Kellytoy to ensure high standards, and the vast majority of customers are thrilled with their plush. As with any mass-produced item, a very small percentage may have minor imperfections like stitching variations. We stand by our products. If you receive an item with a significant manufacturing flaw, please contact our customer service team immediately for a solution.

Question 4

Is this suitable for a young child (e.g., a toddler)?

Accepted Answer

While extremely soft and cuddly, this is an official collectible plush. The embroidered eyes and nose are secure, making it safer than plastic eyes for younger kids. However, its size and detail make it popular with collectors and kids aged 4+. For toddlers, supervision is always recommended with any plush toy.

Question 5

Is the bow removable, and how do I clean it?

Accepted Answer

The pink bow is securely stitched on and is not designed to be removed. For cleaning, we strongly recommend spot cleaning only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Machine washing, even on gentle cycles, can damage the ultrasoft fabric, cause pilling, and distort the plush's shape. Always air dry thoroughly.
