Question 1

How long do the masks stay warm, and is the heat consistent?

Accepted Answer

Most users report a soothing warmth that lasts for 15-20 minutes, which is ideal for a relaxation session or falling asleep. It's important to note that the heat is a gentle, dry warmth (not a hot or scalding feeling) and environmental factors like a cold room can cause it to cool a bit faster. Many TikTok users love them specifically for this predictable, cord-free 20-minute heat cycle.

Question 2

Will these fit comfortably if I have a larger face or wear glasses?

Accepted Answer

The mask uses a stretchy, one-size-fits-all elastic strap. While it fits most people snugly, some users with larger heads or wider facial structures have found the strap can feel tight. For glasses wearers, the mask is designed to be worn directly on the skin, so you would need to remove your glasses first. If a super-loose fit is a priority, a reusable wrap-style mask might be a better alternative.

Question 3

Is there actual "steam" or moisture released for dry eyes?

Accepted Answer

This is a common question! These masks provide a dry heat therapy. The "steam" in the name refers to the gentle, steam-like warmth you feel, not visible vapor or added humidity. The heat helps stimulate the natural oils in your eyelid glands, which is key for relieving dry eye symptoms. If you're looking for a humid, sinus-opening steam, a dedicated facial steamer would be more suitable.

Question 4

Are these really just for dry eyes, or can they help with other issues?

Accepted Answer

While designed for dry eye relief, our customers have found multiple uses! The relaxing warmth and light-blocking design are frequently praised for helping with tension headaches, reducing puffy eyes, and creating a perfect pre-sleep ritual. They're a travel essential for many to unwind on planes or in hotels. Think of them as a versatile warm compress for relaxation.

Question 5

What's your return policy, and how discreet is the packaging?

Accepted Answer
