Question 1

Is the roll-on truly ready to use on sensitive skin, or do I need to dilute it further?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's prediluted with fractionated coconut oil and designed for direct skin application. However, as with any new skincare product, we highly recommend doing a patch test on your inner arm first. A small number of users with extremely sensitive skin or specific allergies have reported irritation, so caution is always best.

Question 2

I’ve seen comments about the rollerball getting stuck. Is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While most users have no issues, a small percentage report the rollerball can become less fluid or stick, particularly if the oil thickens slightly in cooler climates or as the bottle gets very low. If this happens, try rolling it firmly on a hard surface or holding the bottle in your hands to warm the oils gently. We stand by our build quality, so if you receive a faulty roller, please contact our customer support.

Question 3

How long does the calming scent typically last once applied?

Accepted Answer

The aromatic experience is personal, but many users on TikTok and Reddit describe the primary scent as lasting for 30-60 minutes. The therapeutic, calming *effect* often lingers longer. For all-day support, reapplication every few hours is common. If you prefer a stronger, longer-lasting aroma, some experienced users recommend our pure essential oils to create a custom blend.

Question 4

The bottle looks small online. How long does a 10ml bottle usually last with daily use?

Accepted Answer

The 10ml size is designed for portability. With typical daily use (applying to wrists and temples 1-2 times), one bottle lasts most users 4-6 weeks. It's a concentrated blend, so a little goes a long way. If you plan to use it very frequently for yourself and family, you might find it goes faster, which is a sentiment echoed in some reviews regarding value.

Question 5

Who is this product best suited for, and who might want to look at alternatives?

Accepted Answer

This roll-on is perfect for beginners to aromatherapy or anyone wanting a convenient, no-mess, on-the-go stress relief tool. It's also great for creating a calming bedtime ritual. If you are an experienced essential oil user who prefers stronger, customizable concentrations, or if you have known severe sensitivities, you might prefer purchasing a carrier oil and pure oils separately to tailor your blend.
