Question 1

Is this pillow good for side sleepers, or will it be too thick?

Accepted Answer

This is a common question! The pillow offers fantastic support, but its loft is firm and consistent. Many side sleepers love it, but some—especially those used to thinner pillows—find it too high, which can strain the neck. If you're a dedicated side sleeper who prefers a very lofty pillow or has broad shoulders, it could be perfect. If you're unsure, check the exact height measurements in the product details. Some users who found it too thick opted for our shredded latex version, which is adjustable.

Question 2

I'm switching from memory foam because I sleep hot. Does this Talalay latex pillow really stay cool?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of its most praised features. Unlike memory foam, which can trap heat, natural Talalay latex has an open-cell structure that promotes airflow. In reviews and social media posts, hot sleepers consistently call it a "game-changer" for temperature regulation. The included Tencel cover is also moisture-wicking, adding to the cool, breathable feel throughout the night.

Question 3

How strong is the "latex smell" when it arrives, and how do I get rid of it?

Accepted Answer

A mild, natural rubber aroma is normal when you first unbox any 100% natural latex product. For most people, it dissipates significantly within 24-48 hours in a well-ventilated room. If you're sensitive to smells, we recommend unwrapping it near an open window or using a fan. The odor is non-toxic and a sign of the natural material, but if it persists beyond a few days, please contact our support team.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the pillow doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a risk-free 30-night trial. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you try the pillow for at least a few nights to allow your body to adjust. Please note the pillow must be returned in its original, undamaged condition with the packaging. All details and instructions can be found on our Returns & Refunds policy page.

Question 5

How does this Talalay latex differ from other latex or memory foam pillows?

Accepted Answer

Great question. Talalay latex is known for being consistently soft, bouncy, and breathable. It provides pressure-relieving support without the "sinking" feeling of memory foam. Compared to Dunlop latex (another process), Talalay is generally softer and more elastic. This pillow is a single, solid core of premium Talalay, so it offers uniform support. It's different from a shredded latex pillow, which is adjustable but can feel less consistent. It's ideal for those who want durable, cooling, and resilient support from a natural material.
