Question 1

I have smaller ears. Will these earbuds fit me securely, especially for activities?

Accepted Answer

Fit is personal, but it's a common point to consider. While many users find them exceptionally comfortable for all-day wear, some with smaller ear canals have reported the fit can feel less secure during vigorous movement. The earbuds come with multiple silicone tip sizes to help. If you've had issues with other one-size-fits-all models, it's something to be mindful of. For a guaranteed secure fit during high-intensity workouts, you might want to explore sport-focused models with wingtips.

Question 2

How effective is the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) in very loud places like planes or subways?

Accepted Answer

The ANC excels at reducing constant, mid-to-high frequency noise like office chatter or air conditioning. However, based on user feedback from commuters and travelers, it may not completely eliminate very loud, low-frequency rumbles (like airplane engines or subway trains) to the same degree as the market-leading models from Sony or Bose. If absolute silence in the loudest environments is your top priority, you may want to compare specifically on that feature.

Question 3

The "Multipoint Connectivity" is a big selling point for me. How reliable is it in daily use?

Accepted Answer

This is one of the most praised features! Most users report it works seamlessly for switching between two devices (like a phone and laptop). The general consensus on tech forums is that it's very reliable for taking calls on your phone while listening to audio on your computer. A small number of users have noted occasional, minor hiccups in automatic switching, which are typically resolved quickly via the companion app.

Question 4

What's the real-world battery life like when using the best sound quality (LDAC) and ANC together?

Accepted Answer

Using both LDAC (for high-resolution audio) and ANC will reduce battery life from the advertised maximum. Based on user reports, you can expect roughly 5-6 hours of playback from the earbuds themselves under these settings, with the charging case providing multiple additional charges. For longer sessions, switching to a standard Bluetooth codec like AAC will extend the battery significantly.

Question 5

Who would you say these earbuds are the best fit for?

Accepted Answer

These earbuds are an excellent match for the multi-tasker who values sound quality. They shine for users who need to seamlessly hop between work calls on a laptop and music on a phone, and who prioritize detailed, balanced audio for music and podcasts. They're also great for anyone who finds most earbuds uncomfortable, as the fit works well for a majority. They might be less ideal for someone whose primary use is in extremely noisy environments or for high-intensity sports where fit is paramount.
