Question 1

Is the TENS 7000 powerful enough for serious pain like sciatica or chronic back issues?

Accepted Answer

Yes, based on feedback from over 110,000 users, it's consistently praised for its professional-grade power. Many users on forums like Reddit specifically mention significant relief from sciatica and lower back pain. The key is its high, adjustable intensity, allowing you to find the exact level of stimulation needed for your comfort and effectiveness.

Question 2

How long do the included electrode pads last, and what do I do when they wear out?

Accepted Answer

The included starter pads typically last for several uses, but a common piece of advice from experienced users is to plan on purchasing higher-quality replacement pads for long-term use. Many TikTok and YouTube reviewers note that investing in reusable, gel-based pads from brands like Axelgaard greatly improves adhesion and longevity. We recommend checking the electrode size guide on our product page for compatible replacements.

Question 3

Is it easy for someone who isn't tech-savvy, like an older adult, to use?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. While the digital display has multiple settings (which allows for customized therapy), the basic operation is very straightforward. Turn it on, place the pads, and slowly increase the intensity. The manual provides clear starting points. Many reviews mention that once shown the basics, users of all ages find it simple to operate daily. For first-time users, we suggest starting with the "Normal" mode and a lower rate.

Question 4

What's the real-world battery life, and can I use rechargeable batteries?

Accepted Answer

Battery life depends heavily on the intensity and duration of your sessions. At moderate settings, a standard 9V battery may last a few days to a week of regular use. A popular hack mentioned in customer reviews is to use a *rechargeable* 9V battery—it's more economical and eco-friendly for daily users. The device is compatible with any standard 9V battery.

Question 5

What if the TENS 7000 doesn't work for my specific pain?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our satisfaction guarantee. If you find the device isn't suitable for your needs, you can return it within the specified return window for a refund. It's also helpful to manage expectations: while it's highly effective for muscular and nerve-related pain for most, it's not a cure-all. Consulting with a healthcare professional to see if TENS therapy is right for your specific condition is always a good first step.
