Question 1

How big is the jar and how long does it last with regular daily use?

Accepted Answer

The balm comes in a standard jar and a small amount goes a long way. Most people use a pea-sized amount, and it lasts several weeks to a few months depending on how often you cleanse and how much makeup you wear.

Question 2

Is it suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin, and does it contain fragrance?

Accepted Answer

It’s generally well-tolerated and non-stripping, with a hydrating feel. However, fragrance can be an issue for very sensitive skin, so check the ingredient list and consider a patch test first.

Question 3

How do I use it, and do I need water to emulsify?

Accepted Answer

Apply to dry skin and massage to melt makeup and sunscreen. Add a little water to emulsify, then rinse off (or wipe away with a damp cloth). You can finish with a second cleanse if you wear heavy makeup or sunscreen.

Question 4

Will it remove waterproof sunscreen and mascara, and what if I still see residue?

Accepted Answer

It’s effective for most everyday sunscreens and makeup, but very waterproof formulas or certain mascaras may require an additional eye-makeup remover or a second cleanse for stubborn residue.

Question 5

Is it vegan and what should I know about returns or exchanges if it doesn’t work for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it’s vegan. If it doesn’t meet your needs, most retailers offer standard return policies (often around 30 days); check the specific seller’s terms. For best results, read the full ingredient list and consider a patch test before committing.
