Question 1

Will this product work for significant hair loss or large bald spots?

Accepted Answer

This powder is designed as a *concealer* for the scalp, best for covering grays, root regrowth, and mild thinning areas (like a widening part line). It does not create volume or the appearance of thick hair density. Many social media reviewers note that for larger areas of significant hair loss, it can look less natural, and alternatives like building fibers (e.g., Toppik) might be more effective.

Question 2

Is it truly sweatproof and waterproof? How bad is the transfer issue?

Accepted Answer

It is water- and sweat-*resistant*, not completely proof. When applied correctly to a dry scalp and allowed to set, it holds well for daily activities. However, direct friction (like resting your head on a pillow), heavy sweating, or rain can cause some transfer. A common tip from YouTube tutorials is to use a light-hold hairspray over it to "set" the powder and minimize transfer.

Question 3

I have jet black hair. Will the "Dark Brown" shade look ashy or unnatural?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase concern. The Dark Brown shade is a neutral-to-cool brown. Some users with very dark, warm-toned black hair find it can pull slightly ashy. For jet black hair, applying it very sparingly is key. Checking the brand's website for swatches or searching for video reviews from people with a similar hair color on TikTok can give you the best visual reference before purchasing.

Question 4

The reviews mention the brush can be messy. Can I use my own?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Many users find the included brush functional but basic, and some prefer a denser, higher-quality kabuki or blush brush for more controlled application. Any clean, dense makeup brush will work. To clean the powder from brushes, most users recommend tapping off excess powder and using a gentle makeup brush cleaner.

Question 5

What's your return policy if the color doesn't match or it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We recommend purchasing through authorized retailers like Amazon or our official website, which typically offer standard return windows (often 30 days) for products in unused or lightly tried condition. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic color matching, we encourage you to check the specific return policy of the retailer you choose at the time of purchase.
