Question 1

How sturdy is this chair? I’ve seen some TikTok reviews say it feels wobbly.

Accepted Answer

The THOEOE chair is designed for flat, even surfaces like decks or patios. On grass or gravel, you may notice some instability. The HDEP material is lightweight, which helps with portability but means it doesn’t anchor as firmly as heavier wooden chairs. If you’re setting it up on a flat surface, most users find it stable enough for regular lounging.

Question 2

Will the cup holder actually fit my tumbler or water bottle?

Accepted Answer

The built-in cup holder is sized for standard cans and slim water bottles (up to about 3 inches in diameter). Many TikTok users have pointed out that larger mugs, Yeti cups, or wide-bottomed bottles won’t fit securely. We recommend using a coaster on the side arm if you prefer bigger drinkware.

Question 3

What’s the weight limit, and is it comfortable for taller people?

Accepted Answer

The weight capacity is 250 lbs. Comfort for taller individuals depends on height. Users under 5’8” generally find the seat depth fine, but those over 5’10” sometimes mention that the ottoman sits too low, forcing knees up. Adding a small cushion to the footrest can help bridge that gap.

Question 4

How does the material hold up in rain or direct sun?

Accepted Answer

The HDEP material is weather-resistant, not waterproof. It handles light rain and morning dew well, but prolonged exposure to heavy rain or intense UV can lead to fading over time, as some Reddit users noted. We recommend storing it under a cover or in a shaded area during harsh weather to extend its life.

Question 5

What if I receive the chair with missing parts or it arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We’re sorry if that happens. Check the box immediately upon delivery—hardware is packed in a small bag inside. If anything is missing or broken, contact customer support within 30 days for a free replacement kit. Some reviewers mentioned slower response times, so we recommend reaching out via email with your order number for faster service.
