Question 1

How long does the water tank last during continuous steaming?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer states the removable 2.9L water tank produces over 90 minutes of uninterrupted steam. One reviewer noted there is no indicator on the unit to tell you when the water needs topping up, so it can go dry during lengthy use.

Question 2

Is this steamer powerful enough for commercial or heavy use?

Accepted Answer

The listing describes it as a heavy-duty commercial steamer with 1800 watts of steam power suitable for both residential and commercial applications. One reviewer who runs a resale shop said it has the power of a commercial steamer, though they felt it is not designed for speed steaming.

Question 3

How difficult is it to assemble and set up?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer said setup was easy and quick, taking approximately ten minutes, with little to assemble—just inserting the hang pole, attaching the hose, placing the water tank, and attaching accessories if desired.

Question 4

What type of water should I use in the steamer?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer highly recommends using distilled water to prolong the life of the steamer and prevent mineral build-up caused by hard water. They also advise draining excess water from the tank and reservoir after each use.

Question 5

Does the steamer shut off automatically when the water runs out?

Accepted Answer

The manufacturer states it has auto temperature regulation that stops producing more heat once the water runs out, but it will not turn off by itself.
