Question 1

How do I activate the SIM card and when should I do it?

Accepted Answer

Visit the URL printed on the SIM card packaging to schedule activation once your travel plans are fixed, usually specifying the day before you travel. Activation is done online, and your USA phone number is provided by email on the day of activation.

Question 2

Does the SIM card work with any phone?

Accepted Answer

You must use an unlocked phone with a SIM tray. In general iPhone X and newer are compatible, iPhone 12 and newer are required to get 5G speeds, and Android phones are sometimes incompatible; the SIM is for phones only and may not work on iPads and Mifi devices.

Question 3

Is the data truly unlimited high-speed data?

Accepted Answer

The listing says the SIM provides unlimited 5G data, but also states 3GB full speed then unlimited 3G speed. One reviewer reported the card could not stream video except at 3G speed and called the "Ultra High Data" claim deceptive.

Question 4

How was the activation experience for customers?

Accepted Answer

Some reviewers reported very fast activation, easy setup, and that it worked as advertised. One reviewer, however, said the SIM card number was "invalid" at the activation site and that customer service never activated it.

Question 5

Is this SIM card a good value compared to buying from T-Mobile?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer said it is a very good SIM at a cheap price, noting the same SIM in a T-Mobile shop is $50 while TSIM is 50% less on Amazon.
