Question 1

Does this repeller actually work for mice, roaches, and bed bugs as advertised?

Accepted Answer

User experiences vary significantly. While some notice a reduction in flying insects like mosquitoes or moths, feedback on social platforms like Reddit suggests these devices are often ineffective for active rodent or crawling insect infestations (like roaches or bed bugs). They are generally considered better suited for prevention or as a supplemental tool in small, enclosed areas, not as a standalone solution for serious pest problems.

Question 2

Is it safe to use around my pets and children?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a primary benefit users mention is its non-toxic, chemical-free operation. It emits ultrasonic waves (and sometimes a faint LED light) that are inaudible and harmless to humans, dogs, and cats. However, some small caged pets like rodents, rabbits, or birds may be sensitive to the high-frequency sound, so it's recommended to avoid using it in the same room as their habitat.

Question 3

How many units do I need, and where should I place them?

Accepted Answer

One unit is typically effective for a single, standard-sized room (approx. 80-120 sq ft) with minimal obstructions. For open floor plans or larger areas, you'll likely need multiple units. Based on customer reviews, placement is key: plug it into an unobstructed outlet about 1-2 feet off the floor, and avoid placing it behind furniture or curtains, as solid objects can block the ultrasonic waves.

Question 4

How can I tell if it's working, and what's your return policy if it doesn't?

Accepted Answer

The small LED light indicates it's powered on, but there's no definitive signal that pests are being repelled. Results can take 2-4 weeks as pests are discouraged from entering or nesting. We recommend trying it consistently in a targeted area. We stand by our products with a [Insert Company's Return Policy - e.g., 90-day satisfaction guarantee]. If you're not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.

Question 5

I've seen reviews about these being cheaply made or breaking. How durable are they?

Accepted Answer

We design our repellers for continuous, long-term use. While the vast majority perform reliably, as with any electronic device, a small percentage may experience issues. Some users on review platforms have reported units overheating or failing. Our product comes with a [Insert Warranty Length - e.g., 1-year] warranty. If you encounter any manufacturing defects, please contact our customer support team for a prompt replacement.
