Question 1

I'm new to cupping therapy. Is this set a good choice for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many first-time users on TikTok and Reddit have found this set to be a perfect starting point. The vacuum pump is much easier and safer to use than traditional fire methods, and the variety of cup sizes lets you experiment safely on different body areas. Just be sure to watch a few beginner tutorial videos online, as the included guide is quite basic.

Question 2

What is the actual size breakdown of the 24 cups? I don't want mostly tiny ones.

Accepted Answer

Great question. The set is designed for full-body use. It typically includes: 4 extra-large cups (for back/thighs), 4 large, 4 medium, 8 small, and 4 mini cups (often used for joints or facial acupressure). This range provides versatility, but if your primary goal is facial cupping, a dedicated silicone facial set might be more suitable.

Question 3

How durable is the vacuum pump? I've seen some mixed comments about it.

Accepted Answer

The glass cups themselves are consistently praised for their sturdiness. The hand pump is the component with varied feedback. For most casual or weekly users, it performs well. However, if you plan on very frequent, daily use, some users have noted it can wear out. A common tip from experienced users is to handle the pump gently and store it carefully. If it does fail, it's often possible to find a compatible replacement pump online.

Question 4

The suction leaves dark circular marks. Is this normal, and how long will they last?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a completely normal and expected part of "wet" or massage cupping therapy. The marks (called "sha") are not bruises but petechiae caused by released toxins and increased blood flow. Their color and duration depend on your body's condition, but they typically fade within 3 to 7 days. It's a good idea to plan your sessions accordingly if you have events coming up!

Question 5

What is your return policy if I receive a damaged item or the pump doesn't work?

Accepted Answer

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If any item arrives damaged (like a chipped cup) or is defective (such as a pump that won't hold suction), please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and photos. We offer a hassle-free replacement or refund, as noted in many reviews where customers praised our responsive after-sales service.
