Question 1

Are these earbuds truly compatible with my new iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S24?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. These earbuds have a standard USB-C connector, so they plug directly into your device without any adapters. They are confirmed to work seamlessly with iPhone 15/16/17 series, Samsung Galaxy S22/S23/S24, Google Pixel phones, and most modern USB-C laptops and tablets.

Question 2

How is the microphone quality for phone and video calls?

Accepted Answer

The in-line microphone is good for casual calls in quiet environments. However, based on user feedback, performance can be inconsistent in noisier settings. Some callers may say your voice sounds a bit distant. For important work meetings or frequent calling, you might want to consider a headset with a dedicated boom mic.

Question 3

I have small ears. Will these stay in comfortably?

Accepted Answer

They come with multiple silicone ear tip sizes to help you find a secure fit. Many users with smaller ears find them comfortable for daily use, but some on social media have mentioned they can feel loose during vigorous activity. If you have particularly small ear canals, you may want to purchase third-party foam tips for a more custom, secure seal.

Question 4

What does "Noise Canceling" mean for these earbuds?

Accepted Answer

This refers to passive noise isolation, not active noise cancellation (ANC). The earbud tips create a physical seal in your ear canal, which naturally blocks out a significant amount of ambient noise like chatter or fan sounds. They do not use electronic processing to cancel noise, which is a feature found on more expensive wireless models.

Question 5

How durable are they, and what if they stop working?

Accepted Answer

These earbuds are built for everyday use, and many customers report them lasting well over a year. To maximize lifespan, avoid sharply bending the cable near the plug. They are covered by a standard manufacturer warranty against defects. If you encounter any issues, you can contact the seller's customer support through your order page for assistance with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
