Question 1

I'm worried about sizing. How do I choose the right size, and do the 3-pair and 6-pair packs fit the same?

Accepted Answer

Sizing is the most common question! Please use the provided size chart, measuring the widest part of your forearm. Many users, especially those with more muscular builds, recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. It's worth noting that feedback suggests the material in the 6-pair pack often has a bit more stretch and consistent sizing compared to some 3-pair packs. When in doubt, the larger size tends to be the safer bet for comfort.

Question 2

Do these sleeves actually feel "cool," and are they breathable for hot weather?

Accepted Answer

The "cooling" effect comes from the moisture-wicking, breathable fabric that helps evaporate sweat, preventing that sticky, overheated feeling. While you won't feel an active "chill," the overwhelming consensus from golfers and cyclists is that they are surprisingly comfortable in the heat—far cooler than direct sun on your skin. They effectively block UV rays while allowing air circulation.

Question 3

How durable are they? Will they pill, fade, or fall apart after washing?

Accepted Answer

For the price, durability is generally good with proper care. Most users report a full season of regular use. To maximize longevity, we recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying. Some pilling may occur over time with abrasive activities (like backpack straps), and darker colors can fade with intense, repeated sun exposure. Checking the seams after purchase is also a good practice.

Question 4

Are they suitable for high-intensity sports like basketball or running, or will they slide down?

Accepted Answer

They excel for activities like golf, cycling, fishing, and gardening. For high-intensity, dynamic movement, fit is crucial. If they are snug but comfortable when stationary, they should stay put. However, some very active users on platforms like TikTok have mentioned occasional slippage during sports like full-court basketball. If your primary use is for high-impact sports, ensuring a precise fit is key.

Question 5

Will these effectively cover and protect tattoos from sun fading?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is one of the top praised benefits! The sleeves offer UPF 50+ sun protection, which blocks over 98% of UV rays—the primary cause of tattoo fading. They are opaque and designed specifically for this purpose. Many tattoo owners use them consistently to keep their ink vibrant when outdoors.
