Question 1

What vehicles can this electric car jack lift?

Accepted Answer

The listing states it has a 5-ton/11023 lbs capacity and fits sedans, SUVs, trucks, or any vehicle within that capacity. Reviewers report it lifted a Chevy 3500 dually, an F150, a Jeep Liberty, a service truck, and a half-ton pickup.

Question 2

How fast does the jack lift the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

The listing says it takes about 2 minutes to reach maximum height (17.7"). One reviewer described the jack as running "slow, very slow," though it did lift the truck.

Question 3

Does the impact wrench actually remove lug nuts?

Accepted Answer

The listing states the impact wrench has a max torque of 450 N.M and can screw/unscrew in seconds, with 2 sleeves covering 4 sizes (17/19 mm & 21/23 mm). Reviewers report it removed lug nuts on an F150 and a Jeep Liberty without problems, though one reviewer found it "not very powerful" the one time they tried it.

Question 4

Is the jack easy to operate for someone who isn't mechanically inclined?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers report it is easy to use, with one 73-year-old customer saying they had no problems using it, and another noting it's easier because you just press a button to go up and down. The listing also notes it automatically stops lifting at max height.

Question 5

Are the instructions clear?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer said the instructions "could be much more clear," but noted the company offered email support and the product seemed to work as described.
