Question 1

Do these towels shrink a lot after washing, and what is their true finished size?

Accepted Answer

Some shrinkage is normal with 100% cotton. Following the care instructions (tumble dry low) minimizes it. Most users find the post-wash size perfect for a hand towel, but if you need a full 16x30 inch towel after washing, you may want to size up or consider a different style. Many reviewers love them as generously-sized hand or guest towels.

Question 2

I've seen comments about lint shedding. Is this a major issue?

Accepted Answer

It's a common initial characteristic, not a defect. These 100% Turkish cotton towels may shed excess fibers for the first 2-4 washes. Washing them separately or with similar colors initially is recommended. The shedding decreases significantly after this break-in period, leading to the soft, absorbent performance praised in thousands of reviews.

Question 3

How accurate is the "Dark Gray" color compared to the product photos?

Accepted Answer

The color is a classic, versatile gray, but lighting can affect perception. Some social media users note it can appear as a charcoal or slate gray, sometimes with subtle cool undertones. For the most accurate representation, we recommend checking the customer-uploaded photos in the review section, which show the towels in real-home lighting.

Question 4

Are these considered "luxury" towels? They seem lightweight in some reviews.

Accepted Answer

"Luxury" here refers to the soft feel, high-quality Turkish cotton, and elegant hotel-spa aesthetic, not an ultra-thick, heavy weight. They are prized for being highly absorbent *and* quick-drying due to their construction. If your priority is a very thick, plush towel, you might prefer a different type. If you value softness, absorbency, and value in a classic design, these are an excellent choice.

Question 5

What's your return policy if I'm not satisfied, and how is the packaging?

Accepted Answer

We offer a standard satisfaction guarantee with easy returns. The towels are shipped in sealed plastic packaging for protection. While rare, if your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We're here to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase.
