Question 1

How should I use Xtend Original BCAA Powder, and what is the serving size?

Accepted Answer

Use 1 scoop (about 7 g BCAA and 2.5 g L-glutamine) mixed with 8–12 oz of water. There are 30 servings per bottle, so one container covers roughly a month of typical use.

Question 2

Will it mix well and taste good in water?

Accepted Answer

Most users report good mixability, especially when shaken with cold water. Flavor preferences vary, but many find the sugar-free flavors pleasant; some batches or flavors may taste stronger or sweeter.

Question 3

Is this product caffeine-free and suitable for late workouts?

Accepted Answer

The Original formula is typically caffeine-free, making it suitable for late-day use. Always check the label of your chosen flavor to verify any caffeine content.

Question 4

Is Xtend Original vegan, gluten-free, and easy on allergies?

Accepted Answer

It’s commonly listed as vegan-friendly and gluten-free, but always read the exact ingredient list and allergen information on the packaging to confirm for your specific batch.

Question 5

Is Xtend Original worth the price and who should buy it?

Accepted Answer

If you want a sugar-free intra-workout BCAA with added glutamine and you value mixability and a broad review base, many find it worth it. If you’re budget-conscious or want higher glutamine per serving or caffeine, you might compare with EAAs or other formulas and look for sales or bundles.
