Question 1

Are these replacement grips or overgrips, and will they fit my racket?

Accepted Answer

These are replacement grips designed to be wrapped directly onto your racket's handle, replacing the old worn-out grip. They are a standard size and length, compatible with almost all adult badminton racket handles, regardless of the brand (Yonex, Li-Ning, Victor, etc.). Many users on platforms like Reddit confirm they fit universally.

Question 2

I've heard these are thin. Is that good for control, or does it lack cushioning?

Accepted Answer

The AC 102EX is known for its thinner profile, which is a highlighted benefit in many customer reviews. This design enhances the direct feel of the racket handle, giving you better feedback and control for shots. If you prefer a plusher, more cushioned feel, you might want to look at a thicker grip like the Yonex Super Grap. However, most players find this thinness comfortable and not lacking in shock absorption.

Question 3

What does "Assorted" mean for the colors, and how durable is the grip?

Accepted Answer

The "Assorted" pack includes a random mix of colors from the available range (like blue, black, red, yellow). You'll get a variety, but the exact combination isn't guaranteed. Regarding durability, with regular play (2-3 times a week), one grip typically lasts several weeks to a couple of months. Players with very sweaty hands, as noted in some online discussions, may find they need to change it more frequently for optimal tackiness.

Question 4

Is this grip tacky and good for sweaty hands?

Accepted Answer

The AC 102EX provides a secure, tacky hold that most users find excellent for preventing slips. However, it's not specifically marketed as an ultra-absorbent "dry" or "towel" grip. If you have exceptionally sweaty hands, you might want to consider a grip designed for high moisture absorption. For the average player, the tackiness is more than sufficient and is often praised for maintaining a good feel throughout a game.

Question 5

This is a 6-pack. Is it good value for a casual player, and what's your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The 6-pack offers significant savings per grip compared to buying singles, making it fantastic value for anyone who plays regularly. Even casual players appreciate having spares on hand. If you're trying this grip for the first time, you're covered. We offer a standard return window for unused items in original packaging. For any defective product or shipping issues, our after-sales support is here to help resolve it promptly.
