Question 1

Will this holder fit and stay secure on my car's sun visor?

Accepted Answer

The clip is designed for standard visors and works well for the vast majority of cars. A small number of users with exceptionally thick, heavily padded, or textured visors have reported it can slip. The clip opens to about 0.6 inches. For best results, ensure the visor edge is clean and dry before clipping on.

Question 2

Is the magnet strong enough for heavy or wide sunglasses, and will they fall out while driving?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the strong neodymium magnets are the most praised feature. Users on social media are often surprised at how securely they hold larger aviator or sports frames. They are designed to withstand normal driving conditions, including bumps. As one TikTok reviewer put it, "I've hit potholes that made my coffee spill, but my sunglasses didn't budge."

Question 3

Could this scratch my expensive sunglasses or damage my car's visor?

Accepted Answer

The holders are made from smooth ABS plastic and metal, so scratching is not a common issue reported in reviews. However, as a precaution, you can gently place your glasses into the magnetic field rather than forcefully snapping them. The clip is non-marking and won't damage your visor, as it uses pressure without adhesives.

Question 4

What exactly do I get in the "2 Pack"?

Accepted Answer

You receive two complete magnetic holders. Each holder consists of two parts (a pair of magnets), so the pack contains four magnetic pieces total, allowing you to install two separate holders—perfect for two cars or for both the driver and passenger visors.

Question 5

What if the product doesn't work for me or I receive a defective piece?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products. If you receive a unit where the magnet feels weak (a rare quality control issue mentioned in a few reviews) or if you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact our customer support through your order platform. We're committed to helping you find a solution.
