Question 1

I have a standard ATX motherboard. Will it fit comfortably in this case?

Accepted Answer

While the case officially supports ATX motherboards, it's a very tight fit. Many Reddit builders and reviewers note that installation can be challenging, with connectors and cables often pressed against the side panel. If you have a full-sized ATX board, be prepared for a snug build. For a much easier experience with ATX, users often suggest looking at cases with a slightly larger internal footprint.

Question 2

How is the build quality and material thickness?

Accepted Answer

The Zalman T6 is built with budget-friendly, thin-gauge steel. This keeps the cost and weight down, but as noted in several YouTube reviews, the panels can feel flexible. It's sturdy enough for a stationary desktop, but if you prioritize a ultra-solid, heavy-duty feel, you might want to consider a case in a higher price bracket.

Question 3

Is the single included fan sufficient, and where can I add more?

Accepted Answer

The single pre-installed 120mm rear exhaust fan is a good start, but for optimal airflow—especially for gaming—adding more is recommended. You can install up to two 120mm fans in the front (behind the mesh panel) and one more at the top. Planning for 2-3 total fans is a common tip from the community for balanced cooling.

Question 4

Who is this case best suited for?

Accepted Answer

It's an excellent value for first-time builders on a strict budget, users creating a basic office/workstation PC (the 5.25" bay is a plus here!), or for a secondary build. It's less ideal for enthusiasts with high-end, multi-component ATX systems who need ample space and effortless cable management.

Question 5

What's the deal with cable management in this case?

Accepted Answer

Cable management is functional but limited. There's a modest amount of space behind the motherboard tray for routing cables, and some tie-off points are provided. However, as mentioned in several build guides, managing a full set of cables requires patience. Using modular power supply cables can make a significant difference in keeping things tidy.
