Question 1

Should I order my usual size, or size up?

Accepted Answer

Based on numerous customer reviews, we recommend sizing up. Many find the fit runs slightly small compared to standard US sizes. If you prefer a relaxed fit for sports or casual wear, or are between sizes, choosing one size larger is the safest bet for optimal comfort.

Question 2

Is the fabric truly breathable and moisture-wicking for sports like golf or the gym?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The polyester-spandex blend is specifically engineered for performance. It effectively pulls sweat away from the body to keep you dry. While it's a durable, mid-weight fabric (not ultra-thin), users on TikTok and Reddit consistently praise its breathability during active use.

Question 3

How does the collar hold up after washing?

Accepted Answer

The collar is designed to maintain its shape, and most users report it stays neat. For the longest-lasting crispness, we suggest washing in cold water, turning the shirt inside out, and avoiding high heat in the dryer. Laying it flat to dry is ideal. A small number of long-term users note some softening over many washes, but proper care significantly extends its structured look.

Question 4

What is your return policy if the fit isn't right?

Accepted Answer

We offer a straightforward return and exchange process. If you're not satisfied with the fit or quality, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please check your order confirmation email for detailed instructions and ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition.

Question 5

Who is this polo shirt best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This shirt is a fantastic all-rounder for the active, value-focused man. It's a hit with golfers, gym enthusiasts, and hikers for its performance fabric. It's equally popular for daily casual wear, travel, or work in smart-casual environments. If you're looking for a premium-feeling polo without the premium price tag, this is a top-rated choice.
