Question 1

Does the water tank leak, and is this a common issue?

Accepted Answer

While many users report no issues, a notable number of reviews mention the tank can develop leaks or drips, often from the seal around the cap or the connection points. This appears more frequent with heavier use. We recommend checking all seals are tight and the tank is not overfilled. The product comes with a warranty, and our support team can assist if you receive a unit with a manufacturing defect.

Question 2

How long does the battery last, and is it suitable for cleaning my entire house in one go?

Accepted Answer

With the included 2000mAh batteries, most users report 20-30 minutes of continuous cleaning per battery. The 2-pack allows you to hot-swap for extended sessions. For reference, this is generally sufficient for maintaining an apartment or a medium-sized home's hard floors. For very large homes (2000+ sq ft), you may need to recharge during cleaning.

Question 3

Can this electric mop replace my traditional mop for deep cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Based on social media feedback from TikTok and YouTube, this mop excels at maintenance cleaning—quickly handling fresh spills, pet prints, and daily grime. For weekly deep cleans of heavily soiled or greasy floors (like a kitchen after a big cookout), some users find they still need to pre-treat stains or use a more powerful, corded scrubber for ultimate results. It's a fantastic time-saver for regular upkeep.

Question 4

Who is this product best suited for, and who might want to consider something else?

Accepted Answer

This mop is a great fit if you want a lightweight, cordless tool for quick clean-ups and regular maintenance of hardwood, tile, or vinyl floors. It's especially popular with those who find bending and wringing a traditional mop difficult. If your primary need is deep-cleaning large, consistently very dirty areas (like a workshop entrance or a large farmhouse kitchen), a more powerful, corded floor scrubber might be a better long-term investment.

Question 5

What is the warranty, and how is customer support if I have a problem?

Accepted Answer

This product comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year—please check your specific listing for exact terms). Feedback on support is mixed; some users report smooth replacements for defective units, while others mention slower response times. We advise registering your product promptly and keeping your purchase documentation. For the fastest service, contact the seller directly through your order platform.
