Question 1

How many capsules do I take per day, and how long will one bottle last?

Accepted Answer

Each bottle contains 90 plant-based capsules. The recommended serving is 3 capsules daily, taken with food. That means one bottle is a 30-day supply, and our 3-bottle pack covers a full 90-day regimen. Make sure to check the supplement facts panel—the “15mg” listed refers to zinc per serving (3 capsules), not per single capsule.

Question 2

Are the capsules easy to swallow? I’ve struggled with large pills before.

Accepted Answer

We hear this concern often. These capsules are size “00,” which is standard for mineral blends with multiple ingredients. Many users on Reddit and TikTok recommend taking them one at a time with a full glass of water, or with a spoonful of yogurt or applesauce. If you have a very sensitive gag reflex, you may prefer opening the capsule and mixing the powder into a smoothie—just note some find the trace minerals leave a slightly metallic aftertaste.

Question 3

Can I take this supplement on an empty stomach or with coffee?

Accepted Answer

For best tolerance, we recommend taking these capsules with a meal or snack. While zinc glycinate is gentler than other forms, a small number of users report mild nausea when taking it on an empty stomach, especially with acidic drinks like coffee or citrus juice. Pairing it with food also helps absorption of the other trace minerals like chromium and selenium.

Question 4

How soon will I notice results for skin, hair, or energy?

Accepted Answer

Based on community feedback and reviews, most users see initial improvements in 3–4 weeks, with more noticeable changes around the 6–8 week mark. Some report clearer skin and reduced breakouts first, followed by better energy and nail strength. Results vary by individual—if you have a significant zinc deficiency, you may notice benefits sooner. For best results, take consistently and pair with a balanced diet.

Question 5

What if I’m already taking other supplements or medications? Any interactions?

Accepted Answer

Zinc can interact with certain antibiotics, thyroid medications (levothyroxine), and high-dose iron supplements—space them out by at least 2 hours. This formula also contains 200mcg selenium, so check if your multivitamin or other supplements already include selenium to avoid exceeding the upper limit (400mcg/day). Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
