Question 1

I’ve heard about packaging changes. Is the new dropper bottle messy or difficult to use?

Accepted Answer

We recently updated to a dark glass dropper bottle to better protect the Vitamin C from light degradation. While most find it easy to use, we acknowledge some users on social media have mentioned it can dispense a thick serum. For best results, we recommend holding the dropper vertically and applying one drop at a time directly to your face, then patting it in. The 4 oz size means you get great value, and the protective packaging helps maintain the serum's potency.

Question 2

Is this serum effective for fading dark spots and acne scars?

Accepted Answer

This serum is formulated to brighten the overall complexion, improve skin texture, and reduce the appearance of fine lines—which many users report seeing fantastic results for. For specific concerns like stubborn dark spots or post-acne marks, results can vary. While some see significant improvement, others on platforms like Reddit seeking targeted hyperpigmentation treatment sometimes incorporate additional ingredients. We recommend consistent use for at least 8-12 weeks to see the full brightening effects.

Question 3

Is it suitable for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our serum is formulated to be gentle and non-comedogenic (won't clog pores). It contains soothing ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E. However, as with any active ingredient, some may experience a slight tingling sensation upon first use, which typically subsides as your skin adjusts. We always recommend doing a patch test behind your ear or on your inner arm for 24 hours before full-face application, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Question 4

I’m worried about the serum oxidizing and turning color. How can I tell if it’s still good?

Accepted Answer

A slight pale yellow color is normal for fresh, stable L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). To minimize oxidation, store the bottle in a cool, dark place (not in direct sunlight or a humid bathroom). If the serum turns a deep orange or brown, its potency has significantly diminished. Our dark glass bottle and formulated stability help extend shelf life. Many TikTok skincare enthusiasts recommend using the serum within 3-6 months of opening for optimal results.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the product doesn’t work for me or causes irritation?

Accepted Answer

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy for any reason, even if the bottle is mostly used. If you experience irritation or don't see the results you hoped for, simply contact our customer support team via the website, and we'll gladly process a refund or exchange. We believe in our product, but we understand skincare is highly personal!
