Question 1

Is the "RGB Rainbow LED" fully customizable per-key?

Accepted Answer

No. The LED lighting on this combo is a fixed rainbow cycling effect, not a true per-key RGB. You cannot change individual key colors or configure lighting profiles via software. For a fully customizable RGB experience at a similar price, we recommend looking at the Redragon S101 or Razer Cynosa V2. This is a common point of confusion, as many TikTok reviews point out the difference between "rainbow" and "addressable RGB."

Question 2

How long does the battery last on a full charge, and is the charging cable usable while gaming?

Accepted Answer

With the RGB lights on, you can expect roughly 2–3 days of moderate use before needing a recharge. Turning off the LEDs extends this to about a week. The included USB-C cable is only about 1 meter long, so wired gaming while charging may feel restrictive. Many users on Reddit suggest using a longer third-party cable or a USB extension hub.

Question 3

Is this combo good for competitive gaming, or just casual use?

Accepted Answer

This combo is best suited for casual gaming and everyday office or study use. The membrane keys are quiet and functional for typing but feel soft and spongy, which competitive gamers usually dislike for fast-paced titles like *Valorant* or *Fortnite*. Additionally, the 2.4GHz wireless connection can occasionally stutter beyond 2 meters or near USB 3.0 ports. It’s a great starter kit for kids or a budget-friendly desktop setup, but not a high-performance gaming rig.

Question 4

Will this work with my PlayStation, Xbox, or Mac?

Accepted Answer

It works with Windows PCs and laptops via the 2.4GHz USB receiver. It is not compatible with PlayStation, Xbox, or most smart TVs due to the lack of native driver support. It will work with Mac, but the dedicated macro keys and some shortcuts may not function correctly. For console use, you would need a wired USB keyboard and mouse or a specific console adapter.

Question 5

Can I return or exchange the combo if the wireless drops out or I don't like the feel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, returns are accepted within the standard 30-day window from the original seller (check your order platform for specifics). However, we recommend testing the wireless connectivity immediately upon arrival, as some users report dropouts that are not a "defect" but rather an environmental interference issue (e.g., nearby Wi-Fi routers or metal desks). For peace of mind, you may want to consider a wired combo or a higher-tier model if wireless stability is critical for you.
