Question 1

Will this frame *exactly* fit my standard 2000-piece puzzle from brands like Ravensburger or Buffalo Games?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. This frame is specifically designed for the standard finished size of most major-brand 2000-piece puzzles, which is 38.5 x 29.5 inches. The internal dimensions are 38.6 x 29.5 inches, providing a perfect, snug fit. Many users on Reddit have confirmed it works flawlessly with puzzles from Ravensburger, Buffalo, Ceaco, and others.

Question 2

How is the clarity and quality of the included acrylic front?

Accepted Answer

The frame comes with "Economy Acrylic," which is a lightweight, shatter-resistant plastic. It provides good clarity for display but is not as scratch-resistant as glass or premium acrylic. A common tip from TikTok users is to clean it with a microfiber cloth to avoid static, which can sometimes lift puzzle pieces. If you want a glass-like finish, you can easily replace it with a thicker plexiglass sheet from a hardware store.

Question 3

Is it truly ready to hang, and how difficult is assembly?

Accepted Answer

It includes basic hanging hardware, but due to the frame's size and weight (over 10 lbs with a puzzle), we and many users recommend using sturdy wall anchors suitable for drywall. Assembly is straightforward but works best with two people: you'll lay the frame face down, place your puzzle, add the acrylic, secure the backing with flexible tabs, and then attach the wire. Take your time to keep everything aligned.

Question 4

What if the frame arrives damaged or I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

ArtToFrames offers a standard return policy through the retailer where you purchased it (e.g., Amazon). If the item arrives with any damage like a cracked frame corner, contact the seller's customer support immediately for a replacement or refund. We suggest inspecting the package upon delivery.

Question 5

Who is this frame best suited for, and are there better alternatives for a premium display?

Accepted Answer

This frame is an outstanding value-driven solution for puzzle lovers who want to affordably preserve and display their work. It's ideal for casual hobbyists and families. If you're framing a priceless, sentimental puzzle and want maximum protection from UV light and scratches, investing in a custom frame with museum glass is the premium alternative. For most, this frame strikes the perfect balance of cost and function.
