Question 1

How big is the plushie, and is it true to the pictures?

Accepted Answer

The plush measures approximately 10 inches tall. While it's perfectly huggable, some TikTok users have noted it can look larger in stylized photos. We recommend checking a ruler to visualize the size—it's ideal for a desk companion, shelf display, or a child's cuddling pillow.

Question 2

Is it soft and well-made for daily cuddling?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The most common praise in reviews is for its super-soft, premium minky fabric. It's designed to be squishy and comforting. For long-term durability, especially with active kids, we suggest giving the seams a quick check upon arrival, as a small number of users recommend a reinforcing stitch for heavy play.

Question 3

Are the little hat and cane safe for young children?

Accepted Answer

The accessories are designed for decorative purposes and are lightly attached. Based on social media feedback from parents, they can be a choking hazard for children under 3 and may detach during enthusiastic play. For very young kids, many parents safely remove the accessories beforehand, turning the plush into a cute, hazard-free doll.

Question 4

Is this an official Gravity Falls product?

Accepted Answer

This is a high-quality, fan-made merchandise item inspired by the show. It is not officially licensed by Disney. Fans on Reddit and elsewhere love it for its accurate and cute design that captures Bill Cipher's spirit, offering great value for unofficial merch.

Question 5

What if the item arrives damaged or isn't what I expected?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products! If your plush arrives with any manufacturing defects (like significant seam issues), please contact our customer support immediately with photos. For general returns, please review our return policy on the product page for timeframes and conditions. A pro-tip from reviewers: if your plush is squashed from shipping, simply fluff it by hand—it regains its shape beautifully.
