Question 1

Is this kit suitable for a complete beginner, or is it too professional?

Accepted Answer

Many first-time users on TikTok and Reddit have successfully used this kit! While the tools are professional-grade, they are designed for home use. The key is patience and watching a few tutorial videos online. The included instructions are basic, so we recommend searching for "ingrown toenail tool tutorial" to see the techniques in action before starting.

Question 2

How do I care for and clean the tools to prevent rust?

Accepted Answer

To ensure longevity, always clean the tools with rubbing alcohol or sterilize them in boiling water after each use. The most important step, as noted in many reviews, is to dry them *thoroughly* with a clean cloth before storing. Storing them in a dry place will prevent any corrosion and keep them in surgery-ready condition.

Question 3

What does "Surgery Grade" actually mean for this kit?

Accepted Answer

"Surgery Grade" refers to the quality and design of the stainless-steel tools, which match the precision and durability of professional instruments. It does not mean the tools come pre-sterilized for medical surgery. You are responsible for properly cleaning and sterilizing them before each use on yourself, just as a professional would.

Question 4

I have very thick toenails. Will the clippers and lifter work effectively?

Accepted Answer

Yes, based on numerous customer reviews, the clippers are notably sharp and robust enough to handle thick nails. The lifter tool is also designed with a fine, sturdy tip to get under stubborn edges. Users with thick nails often highlight this strength as a key benefit compared to flimsier, cheaper sets.

Question 5

What if it doesn't work for me or I find it too difficult to use?

Accepted Answer

We stand by the quality and effectiveness of this kit, which is reflected in its high rating from over 17,000 users. However, if you are unsatisfied, please contact our customer support through your order platform to discuss options. We encourage reviewing tutorial content first, but our team is here to help. For severely infected or painful cases, we always recommend consulting a healthcare professional.
