Question 1

Is the "5G Transmission" the same as my phone's 5G network?

Accepted Answer

No, it is not cellular 5G. The "5G" refers to the 5GHz Wi-Fi frequency band used for the connection between the drone, its controller, and your smartphone. This provides a stable and relatively interference-free video feed for typical beginner and recreational use, but it is not the long-range, cellular network-based transmission some might expect.

Question 2

What is the actual flight time I can expect on a single battery?

Accepted Answer

Based on extensive user feedback, in real-world conditions (with wind, camera use, and maneuvering), you can expect a solid 15-20 minutes of flight per battery. This is why the inclusion of two batteries is so appreciated—it effectively doubles your flying session. For the best results, avoid flying in high winds to conserve power.

Question 3

Is this drone suitable for a complete beginner with no experience?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! This model is highly recommended for beginners. Key features like one-touch takeoff/landing, optical flow positioning for stable hovering, and an altitude hold function make it easy to control. Many new pilots on TikTok have shared their successful first flights. We recommend starting in a wide-open, calm space and using the slower speed mode while you learn.

Question 4

How does the camera perform, and is it good for social media?

Accepted Answer

The 4K camera delivers excellent, stable footage in well-lit daytime conditions, perfect for sharing on platforms like Instagram or YouTube. The 90° adjustable lens is a favorite feature for getting different angles without moving the drone. As noted in several YouTube reviews, performance in low light (dusk/dawn) is more limited, so optimal results come from flying during the day.

Question 5

What happens if the drone is damaged on my first flight?

Accepted Answer

We recommend carefully reading the included manual and practicing in an open field first. However, the drone's core frame is quite durable for its class. The most commonly reported issue is with the propeller guards, which can snap in a hard collision. Spare propellers and guards are included in the box. The drone is also backed by a standard manufacturer's warranty against defects. For specific warranty or return questions, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
