Question 1

Is this cabinet large enough for my big cat? What are the interior dimensions?

Accepted Answer

This is a top concern for many owners. The interior usable space is approximately 22" (L) x 16" (W) x 20" (H). It comfortably fits most cats under 12-13 pounds. However, numerous reviews from owners of larger breeds (e.g., Maine Coons) indicate cats over 15lbs may find it too cramped to turn around easily. We recommend measuring your cat and considering their comfort with enclosed spaces before purchasing.

Question 2

How well does it control odors, and should I keep the door open or closed?

Accepted Answer

The cabinet excels at containing litter scatter, but odor control relies on your maintenance routine. The enclosed design can trap smells if not ventilated. Most happy users recommend scooping daily and occasionally leaving the door or top flap ajar for air circulation. For enhanced odor control, some TikTok users suggest adding a small, discreet air purifier or baking soda deodorizer inside the cabinet.

Question 3

What is it actually made of? Is it real wood?

Accepted Answer

To keep it affordable and lightweight, the main structure is made from engineered wood (MDF/particle board) with a durable laminate finish in a "White Walnut" pattern. The doors and decorative pieces are typically solid wood. It's designed to look like stylish furniture, but it's important to note—as some Reddit users have—that it won't have the weight or grain of solid hardwood furniture.

Question 4

Is it truly easy to assemble, and how is the build quality?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the vast majority of customers report tool-free, straightforward assembly in 20-30 minutes. The instructions are clear. Regarding build quality: for the price, it's generally considered sturdy once assembled. However, handle components like the drawer slides and door hinges with care during assembly, as over-tightening screws into the particle board can strip the material. It's sturdy for its purpose but not indestructible.

Question 5

What is your return policy if my cat refuses to use it?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unassembled items in their original packaging. We understand that pet acceptance is key! Since assembly is required for use, we recommend gradually introducing your cat to the new cabinet by placing their old litter box inside it first. Many successful users on YouTube show this transition process. If your cat ultimately won't use it, please contact our customer support with your order details to discuss options.
