Question 1

Does this case truly fit the Switch 2 console, a Pro Controller, and all accessories at once as an "All in One" solution?

Accepted Answer

While the case is designed to accommodate these items, many users find it becomes quite snug. It perfectly fits the Switch 2 console, games, and cables. Adding a Pro Controller is possible, but it may limit space for other accessories and make the case bulkier. For daily use with just the console, it's excellent. For transporting a full gaming setup including a large controller, you might find it tight.

Question 2

How is the quality of the included thumb grips? Should I plan to buy separate ones?

Accepted Answer

The 4 thumb grips are a bonus accessory. Feedback from users is mixed; some find them serviceable, while others note they can feel thin or slippery compared to premium brands. If high-performance, textured grips are important to you, purchasing dedicated ones from brands like Skull & Co. is a common recommendation. Think of these as a handy extra, not the main reason to buy the case.

Question 3

Is the case durable enough for regular travel, and are there any issues with the zipper?

Accepted Answer

The case receives high marks for its sturdy exterior and protective padding, making it great for backpacks and daily commutes. The vast majority of users report no issues. However, a small number of early reviews mentioned the zipper can occasionally catch. The manufacturer seems to have addressed this, as recent feedback highlights smoother operation. For air travel, its compact size is generally carry-on friendly.

Question 4

I've heard the game card slots are very tight. Is there a risk of damaging my games?

Accepted Answer

The 20 card slots are initially firm to ensure your games stay secure. This tightness eases slightly with use. To avoid any bending, insert and remove cards carefully from the center, not the corner. This is a common design in many cases to prevent cards from falling out, and there are no widespread reports of actual game damage from proper use.

Question 5

Who is this carrying case best suited for, and who might want to look at other options?

Accepted Answer

This case is a fantastic value for Switch 2 owners who primarily need to protect their console, games, and a few cables. It's ideal for students, commuters, or parents. If your main goal is to frequently transport a Switch 2 *and* multiple large controllers, a dedicated, larger "console + controller" case might be a better fit. For those seeking absolute top-tier, crush-proof protection for checked luggage, a hard-shell tactical case would be a more suitable alternative.
