Question 1

Will these vent covers stay on a ceiling or wall register?

Accepted Answer

We recommend using these covers primarily for floor vents. While the magnets are strong on horizontal surfaces, many users on TikTok and in reviews report that they can fall off walls or ceilings due to gravity. If you need to cover a vertical or ceiling register, you may want to consider our covers with an adhesive backing or a different product designed for those positions.

Question 2

How do I know if they’ll fit my vent size?

Accepted Answer

Each cover measures 5.5" x 12". This fits most standard home floor registers, but it's always best to measure your vent opening first. If your vent is slightly smaller, you may need to trim the cover carefully. Some buyers in our review community noted they wished for more size options, so checking your dimensions before ordering is a smart step.

Question 3

Are these covers safe for homes with pets or kids?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are safe for floor use, but we do recommend checking the edges once installed. A few customers mentioned that the corners can feel sharp, so you might want to lightly file them if you have barefoot toddlers or curious pets. The covers lie flat on the floor, so there's no tripping hazard.

Question 4

Can I paint or customize the color to match my floor?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The surface accepts spray paint or brush-on paint well. Just scuff the finish lightly with fine sandpaper, clean it, and apply a primer before painting. Many users on YouTube have shared tutorials for this to better match their hardwood or tile.

Question 5

What is the return policy if they don’t work for my setup?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. If you've installed them and they don't fit, reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help with a solution. For best results, measure your vent first, and remember they're designed for horizontal floor registers rather than vertical surfaces.
