Question 1

Will this tape damage paint when removed from a wall?

Accepted Answer

Multiple reviewers report that it can pull paint off walls when removed, with one noting the listing's claim of removal "without residues or damages" did not match their experience. One reviewer specifically advises against using it on painted walls.

Question 2

How strong is the adhesive?

Accepted Answer

Reviewers describe it as very strong and sticky, with one reporting a metal kick plate stayed attached to a steel front door for over 4 years in Phoenix heat. The listing states it holds up to 18 pounds on smooth surfaces (1 pound per 4 inches).

Question 3

Does it work on rough or uneven surfaces?

Accepted Answer

One reviewer reports it holds even on very rough walls, though the listing specifies it is intended for smooth surfaces and recommends using more tape for heavier objects.

Question 4

Can it be removed and reused?

Accepted Answer

The listing states the tape tears off smooth surfaces without residues or damage and that if it gets dirty, you can clean it with water and let it dry to restore its stickiness. However, one reviewer said the claim of easy removal without damage did not match their experience.

Question 5

Is it easy to apply?

Accepted Answer

The listing describes a three-step process: keep the liner on and cut to size, place the tape and remove the liner, then align the object and press firmly for 60 seconds. Reviewers also describe it as easy to use.
