Question 1

Is this heating pad large enough for a full back or both shoulders at once?

Accepted Answer

At 24" x 12", this pad is designed for targeted relief on one area—like your lower back, neck, or a single leg. Many customers on TikTok note it works well for desk chairs or travel, but it won't cover both shoulders or your entire spine. If you need full back coverage, consider a larger 36" option.

Question 2

How reliable is the auto shut-off feature? Does it actually stay on for the full timer?

Accepted Answer

The auto shut-off offers 2-hour and 4-hour settings, which most users find consistent. However, some Reddit threads mention units shutting off early (around 25 minutes). We recommend testing the timer on the first use. If you experience issues, contact support immediately—this is covered under the warranty.

Question 3

I’m buying this as a gift. Does the color actually match the “Gray Green” shown in photos?

Accepted Answer

Honest feedback: many buyers describe the actual color as a muted, olive-drab green rather than the soft sage in product images. It’s not unappealing, but if color accuracy is important for a gift, the gray version is a safer pick. TikTok unboxing videos show the true shade best.

Question 4

Can I use this heating pad while sleeping, or is the cord a safety risk?

Accepted Answer

The pad has a short cord (about 4–5 feet), which limits placement beside a bed. While the auto shut-off adds safety, sleeping with electric heating pads is generally not recommended. If you need overnight relief, a microwavable rice pack might be a lower-risk option.

Question 5

What should I do if the heat feels uneven or the controller stops working?

Accepted Answer

Uneven heat (hot center, cooler edges) is a known complaint from about 15% of users. First, check that the pad is lying flat with no folds. If the controller makes clicking sounds or fails to adjust temperature, this indicates a wiring issue. Contact the seller for a replacement—most returns are processed within 5 business days.
