Question 1

Will this ice pack fit a larger waist comfortably, or does it slip during movement?

Accepted Answer

The adjustable strap fits waists from 24 to 62 inches, making it one of the few options designed for plus-size users. However, several customers note that the strap can loosen slightly during bending or walking. For a secure fit, we recommend tightening the strap while seated and avoiding sudden twists—many find this works well for sitting or lying down recovery.

Question 2

Can I machine wash this without ruining the gel? I’ve heard some packs develop lumps.

Accepted Answer

Yes, it’s machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water, and we recommend air drying. A small number of users have reported gel hardening or crusting after washing, which usually happens if the pack is dried on high heat or washed with harsh detergents. To avoid this, skip the dryer and tumble it with a towel on low heat if needed.

Question 3

How long does the cold actually last, and is it strong enough for sciatica or herniated disc pain?

Accepted Answer

Most users get effective cold for about 20–30 minutes after freezing, which is standard for gel packs. For deeper relief, some stack the ice pack over a thin cloth for longer contact. If you need sustained cooling for over an hour, consider pairing it with a cold therapy wrap with interchangeable inserts—this pack is best for short, intense sessions.

Question 4

The product says “2 Pack”—can I use both at the same time on my lower back?

Accepted Answer

The strap is designed to hold one pack securely at a time, so both packs can’t be worn simultaneously. However, the second pack is useful for swapping when one thaws, or for targeting a different area (like the upper back) separately. Some customers wish for a dual-strap option, but the design prioritizes a snug, single-point fit.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the strap breaks or the gel leaks after a few weeks?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product for 30 days after purchase—if the strap tears or the gel leaks (outside of normal wear), we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Many users appreciate knowing that customer support answers within 24 hours. For best longevity, avoid over-tightening the strap and wash the gel pack gently.
