Question 1

Is this one large platter or a set of three separate ones?

Accepted Answer

It's a set of three separate, rectangular platters that nest for storage. You get a large (15.67"), medium (14.1"), and small (12.6") tray, which many hosts on TikTok love for serving multiple dishes or snacks at once.

Question 2

The glaze looks unique in every photo. Will my set look like the product images?

Accepted Answer

The "Deep Forest" is a reactive glaze, meaning each piece is hand-finished and truly one-of-a-kind. While all platters share the beautiful deep green color family, the specific pattern, ombre effect, and glaze variation will differ. This artisan character is a key feature many reviewers adore.

Question 3

Are they truly dishwasher safe, and will the glaze hold up over time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The stoneware is durable and substantial. To preserve the reactive glaze's finish long-term, some users recommend using a gentle cycle. A small number of Reddit users mentioned minor glaze imperfections, but the vast majority report no issues with regular dishwasher use.

Question 4

What is your return policy if I'm not satisfied with the color or finish I receive?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products. If you receive a platter with manufacturing defects (like chips or cracks), please contact our customer service immediately for a replacement or refund. Due to the handmade nature of the reactive glaze, variations in color and pattern are not considered defects.

Question 5

Who would you say this platter set is best suited for?

Accepted Answer

This set is perfect for anyone who loves to entertain, from holiday dinners to casual parties. It's ideal for serving turkey, charcuterie, desserts, or snacks. If you prioritize lightweight, perfectly uniform serveware, you might prefer a solid-color porcelain option. But if you value unique, artisanal beauty and versatile sizing, this set is a crowd-pleaser.
