Question 1

Is this a tempered glass screen protector or a film?

Accepted Answer

This is a high-quality polymer film, not tempered glass. Many reviewers appreciate its clear, smooth finish that resists scratches, but if you're specifically looking for the hard, glass-like feel and sound, this isn't it. The "Not Glass" in the title is there to set accurate expectations.

Question 2

How foolproof is the "Auto Alignment" installation? Will I get bubbles?

Accepted Answer

The included alignment frame makes installation significantly easier than going freehand, and most users report a perfect fit on the first try. For best results, install in a steamy bathroom to reduce dust and press firmly along the edges. While some Reddit users have mentioned minor edge bubbles, these often settle within 24-48 hours. The 3-pack is great peace of mind for practice.

Question 3

Does it work reliably with the fingerprint scanner and S-Pen?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it's designed to be fully compatible. Most users find the fingerprint scanner works well, though a few note they had to re-register their fingerprints or apply slightly firmer pressure for consistent recognition. S-Pen functionality is completely unaffected, with no loss of sensitivity or precision.

Question 4

Will this screen protector fit with my phone case?

Accepted Answer

In almost all cases, yes. Its precise cut and thin profile make it compatible with most cases, including many rugged ones. However, we always recommend checking reviews for your specific case model, as tolerances can vary. The film's design aims to stay well within the case-lip boundary.

Question 5

What if I mess up the installation? Is there a warranty or refund?

Accepted Answer

This is where the 3-pack value really shines—it gives you multiple attempts. If you manage to use all three protectors unsuccessfully, we recommend contacting the seller directly through your order page. Many TikTok users have shared that customer service is responsive in resolving genuine issues, especially when installation problems are documented with photos.
