Question 1

What kind of weight plates do I need to use with this forearm strengthener?

Accepted Answer

The FitBeast Forearm Strengthener is designed to work with standard Olympic-sized weight plates (with a 2-inch center hole). Many users on fitness forums confirm it fits perfectly on the sleeves of most Olympic barbells as well. It is not compatible with standard (1-inch) plates without an adapter.

Question 2

Is this suitable for rehabilitation after a wrist or forearm injury?

Accepted Answer

While many users in online recovery communities have successfully used it for rebuilding strength, we strongly advise you to consult with your doctor or physical therapist first. They can determine if this type of resistance is appropriate for your specific stage of recovery. The included guide is basic, so for rehab, seeking professional guidance on form is highly recommended to avoid re-injury.

Question 3

How durable is the construction? I've seen cheaper rollers break.

Accepted Answer

Durability is its most praised feature. The handle is made from thick, solid steel and the bearings are smooth and robust. As noted in many YouTube reviews, it has an "industrial" feel. With proper care, it's built to last for years of heavy use. A common tip from long-term users is to ensure the adjustable Velcro strap is secured tightly to prevent slippage during intense sessions.

Question 4

I'm new to grip training. Is this too advanced for a beginner?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! You control the difficulty entirely by the weight you attach. Start very light—even with just 2.5 or 5 lbs—to master the rolling motion and avoid strain. The key is gradual progression. Several TikTok fitness creators highlight it as a great tool for beginners because it builds foundational forearm and grip strength that translates to other exercises. Just remember to listen to your body and increase weight slowly.

Question 5

What's your return policy if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your FitBeast Forearm Strengthener for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. Please keep the original packaging. For a smooth process, contact our customer support team directly through your order platform to initiate the return.
