Question 1

Is the onion scent very strong, and will it linger in my hair?

Accepted Answer

The scent is a distinctive blend of rosemary and onion oil, which is key to the formula's clarifying and scalp-health benefits. While many users love the herbal, "spa-like" aroma, feedback on social media indicates it can be strong for some, especially when first applied. The good news is that most reviewers find the scent fades significantly once your hair is dry, leaving behind a clean, subtle herbal trace rather than a potent onion smell.

Question 2

I have thick, curly, or color-treated hair. Is the conditioner moisturizing enough?

Accepted Answer

This is a common pre-purchase question. The shampoo is clarifying and works well for most hair types, but the conditioner is designed to be lightweight to avoid weighing hair down. Based on user reviews, those with very thick, coarse, or damaged hair often find they need to supplement with a separate, richer hair mask or leave-in conditioner for optimal detangling and moisture. It's generally safe for color-treated hair, but as with any new product, a patch test is recommended.

Question 3

How soon can I expect to see less hair shedding, and is there an adjustment period?

Accepted Answer

Consistency is key. Most users who report positive results notice a decrease in hair shed during washing or brushing within 3 to 4 weeks of regular use. A small number of TikTok and Reddit users have mentioned a temporary "adjustment period" in the first week or two where hair might feel different or shedding seems unchanged—this is normal as your scalp acclimates. We recommend using the set for at least a month to properly evaluate its effects for you.

Question 4

I've seen comments about leaking bottles or broken pumps. How is the packaging?

Accepted Answer

We take packaging quality seriously. The bottles are designed with secure pumps for easy use. While the vast majority of shipments arrive intact, on rare occasions, transit can cause issues. If you receive a damaged or leaking item, please contact our customer service team immediately—we're happy to provide a replacement or solution. Many reviewers also suggest that the pump mechanism works best if you turn it to the "open" position upon first use.

Question 5

What's your return policy if this set doesn't work for my hair?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products and want you to be completely satisfied. We offer a customer-friendly return window. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to our support team within the timeframe specified on your order confirmation or our website's policy page for a full refund or exchange. We value your feedback, as it helps us continuously improve.
