Question 1

Which iPad models does this photo booth shell fit, and do I need to remove my iPad's case?

Accepted Answer

The shell is designed to be compatible with most standard iPad models, including the iPad Air (2nd-5th Gen), iPad Pro 10.5-inch, and iPad 9.7/10.2-inch. For the best and most secure fit, we recommend using your iPad without a bulky folio or protective case. Many users on TikTok have mentioned that thinner, snap-on cases usually work fine, but removing the case guarantees a perfect fit every time.

Question 2

Is this difficult to set up for someone who isn't very tech-savvy?

Accepted Answer

While the booth is praised for its professional results, initial setup does require following the instructions to connect the lighting and configure the companion app. Most customers find it straightforward after the first time. We provide clear guides, and our online community has helpful tips. If you're uncomfortable with basic tech setup, allotting an hour for a trial run before your event is a great idea, as several Reddit users wisely suggested.

Question 3

What's included with the "Free ChackTok Membership" and "Free Custom Logo"?

Accepted Answer

The free ChackTok membership typically offers access to basic photo booth templates and sharing features for a limited period, perfect for testing the software. The custom logo service allows you to add a watermark or branding to your photos. It's a great value-add for personalizing events! Please note that premium software features may require a subscription after the trial, so we recommend reviewing the current terms on the ChackTok website for the latest details.

Question 4

How durable and portable is the kit, especially the flight case?

Accepted Answer

This is where the kit truly shines. The stand is made from sturdy aluminum, and the included hard-shell flight case is built to protect your investment during transport. It's designed to withstand the bumps of car travel to venues. While it's more robust—and therefore a bit heavier—than a simple bag, reviewers consistently highlight its professional build quality. It's built for frequent use by event pros, not necessarily as an ultra-lightweight option for casual outings.

Question 5

What if the photo booth isn't right for my event? What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our product and offer a standard return window for items in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Due to the custom nature of the logo service, please check our detailed return policy on the product page for specific terms and any possible restocking fees. For any technical issues or damaged components, our customer service team is here to help—we recommend contacting us directly for the fastest resolution.
