Question 1

Are these hearing aids suitable for someone with severe hearing loss, or are they better for mild to moderate loss?

Accepted Answer

Based on user feedback and product design, these are generally most effective for mild to moderate age-related hearing loss. Many grateful users with common issues like struggling to hear conversations in restaurants have found them transformative. However, several reviews from individuals with profound loss indicate they needed a more powerful, prescription-grade device. If your hearing loss is severe, we recommend consulting an audiologist to ensure these meet your specific needs.

Question 2

How comfortable are they for all-day wear, and what if the ear tips don't fit well?

Accepted Answer

The majority of reviewers find the lightweight, premium-comfort design excellent for extended use. Comfort is highly personal, though. We include multiple sizes of soft silicone ear tips to help you find the perfect seal. A common tip from users on TikTok is to try different sizes for each ear, as canal size can vary. A proper fit is also crucial for effective noise cancellation and preventing feedback. If you have unusually small or large ear canals, check our return policy.

Question 3

Is the Bluetooth app easy to use, and how reliable is the connection?

Accepted Answer

The app is a major highlight for tech-savvy users, allowing discreet volume and setting control from your phone. Setup is straightforward for most, but some senior users report a learning curve. The Bluetooth connection is stable for the vast majority; however, like any wireless tech, occasional interference or pairing glitches can happen (a quick phone Bluetooth reset typically fixes this). It works seamlessly with both iOS and Android for streaming calls and audio.

Question 4

What's the real-world battery life, especially when using Bluetooth?

Accepted Answer

The rechargeable case provides multiple full charges on the go. For general use as hearing aids, most users easily get a full day. When streaming audio continuously via Bluetooth (like for a long phone call), battery drain is faster, as noted in some detailed YouTube reviews. You might get 4-5 hours of continuous streaming before needing a quick top-up in the case, which is standard for this device class. The case itself holds about 4-5 full charges.

Question 5

What is your return policy if the hearing aids don't work out for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a risk-free 30-day money-back guarantee because finding the right fit is personal. If you're not satisfied for any reason—be it comfort, sound quality, or ease of use—you can return them for a full refund. Please note, as seen in some user comments, the process requires contacting our support team to initiate the return and ensure all components are sent back in the original condition. We're here to help make it smooth.
