Question 1

Is one bottle really enough to fill all 100 included balloons?

Accepted Answer

The 420L bottle contains enough helium to fill approximately 50 standard 9-12 inch latex balloons to a floating size. The kit includes 100 balloons so you have spares for practice or in case of any defects. Many TikTok users recommend having a few extra on hand just in case. For the full 100 to float simultaneously, you would need a second bottle.

Question 2

I've seen comments about leaking valves. How reliable is the filling system?

Accepted Answer

The practical filling system is consistently praised in reviews for its ease of use. While isolated issues with valves can occur with any pressurized product, our data shows this is not a common experience. The product is manufactured in the EU under strict quality controls. If you do receive a bottle with a faulty valve, our return policy covers defective items—please contact customer support immediately.

Question 3

How long will the balloons stay afloat, and can I store a partially used bottle?

Accepted Answer

With the included quality latex balloons, you can expect float times of 12-24 hours. For longer float times (multiple days), you would need to purchase foil/Mylar balloons separately. Yes, you can store the bottle after partial use. Simply ensure the green valve is fully tightened to prevent any slow leakage. Store it upright in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Question 4

Is this kit suitable for a large event like a wedding?

Accepted Answer

This kit is perfect for creating focal points like centerpieces, photo backdrops, or entrance decor. However, based on social media feedback from wedding planners, filling 50+ balloons is labor-intensive for one person right before the event. For large-scale balloon arches or rooms requiring 100+ balloons, many Reddit users suggest renting a larger, professional tank for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Question 5

What does the "Eco Test 'Very Good'" rating mean, and what is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

The "Eco Test" rating is an independent European certification focusing on the product's environmental impact during its lifecycle, including factors like resource efficiency. It does not claim helium itself is renewable. Our commitment is to responsible sourcing and manufacturing. If you are unsatisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy. If the bottle is defective (e.g., empty on arrival), we will provide a full refund or replacement. For unopened returns, standard terms apply.
