Question 1

Will this mount fit my desk, especially if it's thick or has a back panel?

Accepted Answer

The included C-clamp fits most standard desks up to about 3.15 inches thick. However, a common point mentioned in reviews is that desks with a raised back lip or panel (like many IKEA models) can be problematic. For these, or for thicker desks, you'll likely need to use the alternative bolt-through grommet installation. Please check your desk's thickness and structure before ordering. We recommend measuring your desk's thickness to ensure compatibility.

Question 2

I have two 32-inch monitors. Can I still use all the movement features, like portrait mode?

Accepted Answer

While each arm can technically support a 32-inch monitor (up to 22lbs), the full range of motion may be limited when both large screens are mounted. As noted in several user discussions, you may not be able to swivel them into portrait orientation side-by-side without the edges touching. For the most flexible movement with 32-inch screens, we generally recommend this mount for one 32-inch and one smaller monitor, or for two 27-inch monitors.

Question 3

How difficult is the setup, and is it truly wobble-free once installed?

Accepted Answer

Setup is straightforward with the provided tools, but achieving perfect level alignment for both monitors requires some patience adjusting the tension knobs—plan for 30-60 minutes. Once properly tightened, the mount is very sturdy for everyday use. Some users on platforms like Reddit have noted that if the arms are fully extended and you type vigorously, a slight wobble can occur. For maximum stability, we recommend positioning the monitors closer to the central pole and ensuring all knobs are firmly secured.

Question 4

What if I'm missing parts, or the mount doesn't work for my setup? What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We stand by our products with reliable customer support. If any parts are missing or you encounter issues, please contact our support team directly through your order platform for prompt assistance. This product is backed by a standard return window (check your retailer for the exact period), allowing you to return it if it doesn't meet your needs. Many TikTok and YouTube reviewers have highlighted the excellent space-saving result, but we understand it must fit your desk first.
