Question 1

The product says 18 hours of cooling—does that mean I can use it all day on high speed?

Accepted Answer

Not quite. The 18-hour runtime is based on the lowest speed setting in a controlled lab test. In real-world use, most users get about 5–8 hours on medium speed and 3–4 hours on the highest turbo setting. For all-day use, we recommend keeping it on speed 1 or 2. Many TikTok users found this sweet spot for commuting or desk use.

Question 2

Is this fan quiet enough to use in a baby’s room or while sleeping?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the speed. On levels 1–3, the fan is very soft—similar to a gentle whisper—and works well for a nursery or bedside table. However, speeds 4 and 5 produce a noticeable whir that some light sleepers find distracting. If you need near-silence, stick to the lower settings, or consider JISULIFE’s neck fan model for a more discreet option.

Question 3

Can I charge the fan and use it at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This fan supports pass-through charging, so you can plug it into a USB power bank or wall adapter and keep it running. Just note that it charges slowly—about 4–5 hours for a full charge—so using it while plugged in is best for occasional top-ups rather than continuous high-speed use.

Question 4

Will this fan fit in my pocket or small purse?

Accepted Answer

It’s roughly the size of a large smartphone and about 1.5 inches thick. It easily fits into a small crossbody bag, work tote, or the side pocket of a backpack. It’s a bit too chunky for a jeans pocket, but many users carry it in their hand or clipped to a bag strap. Reddit reviewers often call it the “Goldilocks size”—not too big, not too small.

Question 5

What if it breaks right after I buy it? Is there a warranty or return process?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there’s a standard 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you buy directly from JISULIFE or authorized sellers on Amazon, returns are usually hassle-free within 30 days. However, some users on Reddit mentioned that third-party sellers can be slow to respond—so check the seller’s return policy before ordering. The included charging cable is the most common early failure point, but customer support typically sends a replacement quickly.
