Question 1

I’m worried about the sizing. Will this fit through a standard apartment doorway, and is the seat really as deep as people say?

Accepted Answer

Many buyers on Reddit have flagged that while the “deep seat” is luxurious for lounging, it can overwhelm smaller spaces. The largest module measures 110 inches wide and has a 26-inch seat depth. This fits through most 30-inch doors if you remove the back cushions first. We recommend measuring your doorframe and living room floor plan before purchasing—several TikTok users noted the overall footprint is bigger than product photos suggest.

Question 2

How does the corduroy fabric hold up to pets or everyday spills? I’ve seen complaints about pilling and snagging.

Accepted Answer

The corduroy is soft and fluffy right out of the box, which many customers love. However, we’re transparent that it’s not ideal for households with cats or dogs with sharp claws—some owners reported snags within days. For general use, regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment helps reduce pilling. The cushion covers are not removable for machine washing, so spot-cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended for spills. If you have pets, you might consider a durable performance fabric alternative.

Question 3

The product says “no assembly required,” but YouTube unboxing videos show people connecting modules. What’s the actual setup like?

Accepted Answer

You’re right to ask. “No assembly” means no tools are needed—no screwdrivers or wrenches—but you still must align and click the sections together using built-in connectors. Most people can do it alone in 15–20 minutes, though a second person makes it easier to avoid pinching fingers. The modules ship in separate boxes, so expect a few heavy pieces to maneuver. If you live in a walk-up apartment, we suggest having help on hand for hauling.

Question 4

What’s your return policy if I change my mind or if a module arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. You will need to initiate a return request via our support team; note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be in original packaging. Some customers on social media mentioned delays in refund processing (up to 2 weeks). For damaged items, we cover all costs—just send photos within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend filming your unboxing as proof, which helps speed up claims.

Question 5

Is this sofa good for everyday use, or is it more of a temporary piece for a rental?

Accepted Answer

Honest answer—it’s best suited as a stylish, budget-friendly option for a dorm, first apartment, or media room where deep lounging is the priority. The corduroy fabric and foam cushions hold up well for about 2–3 years of regular use before showing significant wear. If you’re looking for a sofa to last a decade or support heavier daily use by a family, we recommend testing a model with a hardwood frame and high-resilience foam. Many buyers who upgraded to a mid-range alternative later told us they wished they’d invested more upfront.
