Question 1

Will this mount work on my car's textured dashboard?

Accepted Answer

The Lamicall Car Phone Holder is designed primarily for smooth glass windshields and dashboards. Many TikTok users and reviewers noted that on textured or curved surfaces, the suction cup may lose grip over time, especially in hot weather. For best results, we recommend using the included adhesive disc on textured areas—or mounting it directly on a clean, flat windshield.

Question 2

Does the vent clip fit all types of car vents?

Accepted Answer

It works well on most standard horizontal and vertical vents, but several buyers mentioned it struggles with deeply recessed or very wide vent blades. If your vents are unusually shaped, you can still use the 3-in-1 system to mount it via the suction cup on glass or dashboard. For a snug fit, ensure the clip is tightened fully against the blade.

Question 3

Can this mount hold an iPhone 16 Pro Max with a thick case?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 360° rotation and metal hook provide a strong, secure grip for large phones like the iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, if you use a rugged OtterBox-style case, some users report a slight wobble. Make sure the side arms are adjusted to the widest setting and the base is locked tight—this should keep your phone steady on bumpy roads.

Question 4

Will the suction cup or adhesive pad leave sticky residue on my dashboard?

Accepted Answer

No, the suction cup is residue-free on glass and smooth plastic surfaces. The included adhesive disc adds extra grip for textured dashboards, but it can leave a slight sticky film if removed. If you plan to relocate the mount often, we suggest sticking to the suction cup alone on a clean glass surface.

Question 5

What's the return policy if it doesn't fit my car?

Accepted Answer

Lamicall offers a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. If you open it and find the mount incompatible, contact their support team—many buyers have reported hassle-free refunds. For peace of mind, you can also check compatibility by measuring your vent blades or dashboard space before purchasing.
