Question 1

Will this device work for deep wrinkles and sagging, or is it more for puffiness and fine lines?

Accepted Answer

Most users find it most effective for reducing morning puffiness and softening fine lines around the eyes and mouth. For deeper wrinkles or significant sagging, results tend to be subtle. TikTok reviewers often describe it as a good “quick fix” before an event, not a replacement for professional treatments.

Question 2

How reliable is the build quality? I’ve seen some complaints about the device breaking after a few weeks.

Accepted Answer

You’re right to ask—durability is the most common concern in community forums. While many units work well for months, a small number of customers report the device stopping or battery life degrading quickly. We recommend checking the warranty details before purchase and registering your product right away to ensure coverage.

Question 3

Is this safe for sensitive skin or rosacea? Are there any steps I should avoid?

Accepted Answer

It is generally safe for sensitive skin if used at the lowest intensity and without conductive gel (the device works with a dry surface). That said, a patch test on your jawline is a smart idea. Reddit users with rosacea suggest avoiding prolonged use on the same area and stopping if you feel any heat discomfort.

Question 4

How does the Lefay compare to microcurrent devices like NuFace?

Accepted Answer

This device uses radio frequency for heat-based collagen stimulation, while NuFace uses microcurrent for muscle-toning. The Lefay is often preferred for quick de-puffing and is portable, but NuFace has a longer track record and more robust warranty support. If you want subtle, temporary results, Lefay works. For consistent toning over years, many stick with a dedicated microcurrent brand.

Question 5

What about returns and the warranty? I’m worried about getting stuck with a defective unit.

Accepted Answer

The device comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by region (typically 1 year). The return window is usually 30 days from delivery, but double-check the seller’s policy before buying—especially for third-party marketplaces. A few customers on YouTube noted that contacting support quickly after an issue made the replacement process painless.
