Question 1

What are the actual size limits? I'm concerned it might not fit my calves.

Accepted Answer

This is a common and important question. The sleeves are designed to fit calves up to approximately 19.7 inches (50 cm) in circumference. Many users find the fit perfect, but feedback from social media suggests those with very muscular or larger calves can find the zippers tight. We recommend measuring your calf at its widest point before ordering. If you're on the upper end of the range, you may prefer a more comfortable, looser fit for extended sessions.

Question 2

Is the material breathable, or will my legs get sweaty?

Accepted Answer

The sleeves are made from a durable, neoprene-like material that is essential for effective compression. While not highly breathable, most users find it comfortable for typical 20-30 minute sessions. A frequent tip from reviewers on platforms like YouTube is to use the massager on bare skin or very thin clothing and to have a small towel handy, especially if using the heat function. It's a trade-off for the deep, squeezing compression that provides relief.

Question 3

How durable is it? I've seen comments about zippers breaking.

Accepted Answer

The massager is built for regular home use. The vast majority of users report long-term satisfaction, but as with any product with mechanical parts and zippers, longevity can vary with intensity of use. We advise handling the zippers with care—avoid forcing them if they feel tight. The product comes with a standard warranty, and our support team can assist with any manufacturing defects. For daily, multiple-hour use, a commercial-grade model might offer more robust construction.

Question 4

Who is this massager NOT a good fit for?

Accepted Answer

While excellent for many, it might not be ideal for everyone. Based on user insights, it may not suit: individuals with calf measurements over 20 inches; those who are highly sensitive to noise (the pump emits a low mechanical hum); or users seeking a completely hands-off, single-button experience (the remote offers deep customization which some find complex). It's fantastic for circulation, muscle recovery, and general aches, but is not a certified medical device for serious conditions.

Question 5

What's your return policy if it doesn't work for me?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window for a full refund if you're not satisfied. Please note the product must be returned in its original, unused condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items unless they are defective. If you receive a faulty unit or encounter issues, our customer service team is here to help with troubleshooting or a replacement under the warranty. Many TikTok reviewers praised the easy return process for sizing issues, so don't hesitate to reach out.
