Question 1

Is this supplement really odorless? I'm worried about garlic breath.

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is consistently praised for being odorless. The aging process that creates black garlic eliminates the compounds responsible for strong garlic smell. Many users on social media specifically highlight this as a key benefit, allowing them to support heart health without any social awkwardness.

Question 2

How long should I take it before expecting to see results for blood pressure or cholesterol support?

Accepted Answer

As a dietary supplement, effects can vary. Most user reports and clinical research suggest taking it consistently for at least 2-3 months to properly evaluate its benefits. It's designed for long-term nutritional support, not an immediate fix. We recommend tracking your health metrics with your doctor.

Question 3

What makes Aged Black Garlic different from a regular garlic supplement?

Accepted Answer

The unique aging process increases beneficial compounds like S-allyl cysteine (SAC) while decreasing the odorous allicin. This makes it more bioavailable, potent for heart health support, and odor-free. It's a specialized extract, not just dried garlic.

Question 4

I've seen other brands like Kyolic. How do you compare, and what is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Life Extension Aged Black Garlic is a highly concentrated, once-daily formula focused specifically on black garlic extract. While Kyolic is a respected alternative, our product is frequently chosen for its potency and clean, odor-free profile. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 12 months of purchase (less shipping).

Question 5

The capsules seem large. Do you have any tips for taking them?

Accepted Answer

We've heard this feedback! To make swallowing easier, try taking the capsule with a full glass of water while standing upright. Some users find it helpful to place the capsule on the middle of the tongue and take a big sip of water to "float" it down. The once-daily format is designed for convenience despite the capsule size.
